Complaints
Whilst we endeavor to ensure that our children and families have the best experience at Ruskin, there may be times when you feel that an issue should be brought to the attention of the school.
If you have a concern over the progress of your child, their behaviour or want to find out more about how they are doing, the first point of contact should always be the child's class teacher.
Telephone appointments with teachers can be made via the school office. If you inform the office of your availability, the class teacher will call you back at a mutually convenient time to discuss your concerns.
If you would like to speak to a member of the school's leadership team, please contact the school office and they will point you in the right direction.
You can contact the office directly via email or telephone to discuss any issues you have:

If having spoken to the class teacher, year leader and finally the head teacher you feel that your concerns have not been adequately addressed, please refer to the information provided below:
As a Blue Kite Academy Trust School, we have a formal complaints procedure which illustrates how you can make a formal complaint against the school. Although we would expect that any concerns you have can be dealt with quickly and efficiently in school, we would like to reassure you that there is a clear route to escalating a concern should you feel it necessary.
